Bad URL for log4j.dtd in DOMConfigurator javadoc

Hi,

I was browsing Log4J javadoc and the URL for log4j.dtd[1] in
DOMConfigurator[2] or XMLLayout[3] javadoc gives me a 404 error.

Is the DTD still available from the web site or only in download packages?

(another thing: I just subscribed to this mailing list and the welcome
message from ezmlm still refer to log4j-dev@jakarta.apache.org which
is no longer active I think.)
