1.3.1 binaries

Hi,

FYI: I've uploaded 1.3.1 binaries for Sparc-Linux, Digital Unix 4.0,
Solaris 2.6 and AIX 4.1 and moved them to .../dist/binaries.


P.S.: Should we delete the 1.2 binary distributions (or move them
      at least to an 'old' directory)?
