interoperability between operating systems

Good day, 

I have the following scenario where the company currently working. I have an
ActiveMQ on windows operating system and is being made ​​a development of a
system using C language on the Linux operating system. Has connecting
ActiveMQ in linux on windows?

There are several options on linux, ActiveMQ-CPP is a C++ library and 
there are also some C clients that speak STOMP.
