[jira] [Commented] (AMBARI-2760) Stack 2.0.3, Hive Check execute fail

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMBARI-2760?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=13722671#comment-13722671 ]

Srimanth Gunturi commented on AMBARI-2760:
------------------------------------------

Hive and Oozie DB properties are not being persisted on the {{hive-site.xml}} and {{oozie-site.xml}} files. This is due to properties missing from {{ambari-web/app/data/HDP2/config_mapping.js}} and {{ambari-web/app/data/HDP2/config_properties.js}}.
{{hive-site.xml}} is missing properties like {{javax.jdo.option.ConnectionURL}} etc. We need to compare the 2 JS files (config_mapping, config_properties) in Hadoop1 and Hadoop2 folders and add necessary properties.

Also, when you change the DB names etc., the JDBC url is not getting updated.
