migrate from MKS 7.5b to Subversion

I have been searching the internet looking for something or someone that can
migrate from 7.5b to subversion.

I have not been successful.

Does anyone have any experience going from MKS 7.5b to either subversion or
CVS? (since I can import CVS into subversion)
