Log:
Added a delay of a few seconds after deploying an app through Tomcat.  This addresses the situation we were seeing (sporadically), where automated tests against the distribution would fail because of 404 errors for either TestRecorder itself or for the page flow in the first test.

tests: drt in trunk (linux)
