[Discuss] Menu Item Descriptions in Configurations Page

I agree. However both "Auto Scaling" and "Autoscaling" are used as
technical terms in the domain. So I guess, both terms are (politically)
correct. I'm personally inclined more towards "Autoscaling", however if
"Auto-Scaling" or "Auto Scaling" (with a space) is the consensus I'm ok
with it.

This looks very clear and concise now! Generally, "that" clarifies which
thing you're talking about, whereas "which" merely adds additional
information. When we use "which" most of the times there should be a comma
preceding it. In this case it is best to replace "which" with "that".
In addition, the meaning behind auto scaling is to automatically handle
scaling, as opposed to manually carrying out scaling. I propose to use
"auto-scaling" as a compound word by adding a hyphen. However, "Autoscaler"
can be passed off as a noun using one word.
