W3C Widget contents do not load in portal.

This may be a regression of RAVE-948, however no messages are displayed in the console. The problem appears to be simply that the widget is rendered with "visibility:hidden".

There should also be an automated test in place to make sure that Rave does render W3C widgets correctly so we pick these issues up automatically.
