in flash builder 4.6. I have to set property "textSelectedColor" which is
given in mx:ComboBox but not given in s:DropDownList. So can anyone help me

This is not a bug. Customizing selection states is different in Flex 4. You can create a custom DropDownList item renderer and define what you want to show on the "selected" state.
