It seems that the specs directory is no longer built by default.  I have fixed my site build to account for this.

I removed the links that were broken.

The following links on geronimo.apache.org are broken:
- All the links in the Specifications section
- The Module links for Axis and Mail

The following links are interesting ;)
- Changelog has a lot of whitespace (about half a screen on my current PC -- compare with the commit log which looks nice)
- Dependencies says Geronimo has no dependencies
