In pursue of ZOOKEEPER-233, I found some methods of {{ZKConfig}} throw {{ConfigException}} from {{QuorumPeerConfig}} which tied strictly with server side code. 

This is the only breaking change I found during draft https://github.com/apache/zookeeper/pull/2307.

So, I suggest we can deprecate theses methods first, both in master and old releases.
