STR:
1. Install Ambari without Flume and Hive.
2. Open Add Service Wizard.
3. Select Hive as service to add.
4. Go to Customize Services step.
5. Return back to the Choose Service step.
6. Uncheck Hive and check Flume service.
7. Proceed to Customize step.

As a result there will be no config properties for Flume.
