   ## What is the purpose of the change
   
   Add a working consumer client stack diagnostics flow so operators can inspect the live thread stack of an online Consumer Group client from the Studio UI. Before this change, the stack endpoint existed but only used the fallback stub provider, so runtime diagnosis returned 501 and the UI had no entry point.
   
   ## Brief changelog
   
   - Add an Apache RocketMQ-backed consumer diagnostics provider that calls `getConsumerRunningInfo` with jstack enabled and converts the raw stack dump into structured thread stack rows.
   - Pass `instanceId` through the consumer stack endpoint so diagnostics use the selected instance instead of the global default admin client.
   - Add a Consumer Group detail action to load and display online client thread stacks.
   - Cover the backend provider, controller/service delegation, frontend API encoding, mock service behavior, and UI interaction with tests.
   
   ## Verifying this change
