[GitHub] incubator-hawq-docs pull request #28: remove references to greenplum

remove references to greenplum
there are a few references to Greenplum with respect to the gpfdist tool. remove these references.
also, where greenplum is in source file name, replace it with hawq.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/lisakowen/incubator-hawq-docs feature/remove-gp
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/incubator-hawq-docs/pull/28.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
