We should provide a {{count}} function for RecordPath. Currently there's no simple way to express something like "get element A where at least 1 of the child elements meets some criteria."

We should provide the ability to count the number of elements that match a given RecordPath. For example, I can get all items from an order that have a price over 10 by using the RecordPath  {{/orders/items[price > 10]}}

However, I have no way of counting how many of those items have a price over 10.
