In `TestPartitionedWritesToWapBranch` I'm unable to read from the partitions table newly added data on the Wap branch. That is, data that has been added on the wap branch cannot be then read
```java
spark.conf().set(SparkSQLProperties.WAP_BRANCH, BRANCH);
spark
.read()
.format("iceberg")
.load(tableName + ".partitions")
.select("spec_id", "partition.id_trunc", "partition.data")
.orderBy("spec_id", "partition.id_trunc");
```
When I try to read from the partitions table as in the above I'm not able to see the newly created partitions.
