[I] On KIE Sandbox, allow user to see all deployments on the "Dev Deployments" menu [incubator-kie-tools]

   When using multiple platforms, the user can only visualize one platform deployment per time. It would be great to be able to visualize all deployments status in a single view - not having to switch between environments.
   
   Scenario: On KIE Sandbox, user wants to check status of deployments done on multiple environments.
   
   * Today, it is possible to see only one environment at a time:

   * Providing an option to "view all" or to select multiple environments would enhance user experience on the deployment flow.
