Running NT 4.0 SP5.
Shutdown Apache console app does not appear to be working.

Otherwise, it looks pretty good. Installs/uninstalls as service from command
line and menu. Menu docco links work. Start/stops/restarts. Serves 16 and 32
bit CGIs. Able to handle spaces in server root passed in on the command
line.
