Hive 0.8.0 Release Branch Created

Hi,

The Hive 0.8.0 release branch was created a couple minutes ago, along
with a new Hudson job:

https://builds.apache.org/job/Hive-0.8.0-SNAPSHOT-h0.21/

Past this point any patches committed to trunk should be marked as
fixed in version "0.9.0".
