How "advanced" is the registry config? It's fairly standard in the
Win32 world to use the registry instead of a .INI file (esp. if you
have a roaming profile), which is why I thought it worth mentioning in
the FAQ.

It's advanced in the sense that you have to create the entire structure
yourself, instead of being able to refer to a thoroughly commented
boilerplate version.

Don't roaming profiles include the "Application Data" directory, hence
file-based Subversion configs should work too?

My thought is that this might be one of those times when it's better to
provide just the most straightforward way, rather than all alternatives.
