Hi ,

I am looking for an OLAP engine backed by hadoop.

I came across Kylin. I wanted to ingest data into Kylin.

Documents primarily speak about querying Kylin.

Can any one please provide me starting point on how i can ingest data?

Kylin reads the Hive table metadata via HCatalog API, execute Hive command
to pull data to a working DFS dir, and then start MR/Spark job over it to
build the Cube.
