OK to starting checking in initial Java2Wsdl stuff?

Folks,

Is it ok to checkin some upfront work for the Java2Wsdl functionality?
Or should we wait until after alpha-3?

Rich and myself would like to do the following for now:
1. create an org.apache.axis.wsdlgen package
2. checkin a Java2Wsdl for command line interface
3. checkin a copy of WSDLUtils renamed as Emitter
4. minimally modifying it for the standalone case (to be used from
Java2Wsdl)

And then continue to work on the rest of the stuff like type support,
namespaces, style, encoding, in/outs etc
