Setting SSL Cipher suites

I am having trouble finding the answer to this.  When using the Tomcat web server with the JSSE, how do you restrict the cipher suites available to the server?  Is there properties file or xml file you can modify?

At the moment, you can't.  It is likely that with TC5.x you will be able to
configure this, but at the moment, Tomcat allows all cipher suites that are
available.
