New unomi-1.3.x branch

Hello all,

I have just created a unomi-1.3.x branch to easy the restart of the release
process. Damien will merge the optimizations from his branch to this branch.

We will then also merge those changes to the master.

As soon as everything is committed I will restart the release process.
