As the test case, invokes xmlHelperImpl.load() which is changed during JIRA-1317, it may take loops if JIRA-1391 patch is created without changes of JIRA-1317. Thus, this patch "1391.patch" is the combination of 1317 and 1391. Once JIRA-1317 is applied to trunk, I can create a "1391 ONLY" patch.
