Log:
Don't run maven-remote-resources-plugin[1] - Version 7 of the Apache parent[2] pom.xml is configured to pull in the apache-jar-resource-bundle[3] - which generates and adds "Notice" and "License" files to the jars - duplicating the "NOTICE.txt" and "LICENSE.txt" files that Commons components already have.
