AW: Subversion migration?

Earlier [1] I said that we should develop 1.7 in CVS until release state, migrate to
svn and build the release from svn.

But now I think that we could migrate earlier - probably on a weekend.
- cvs is down from 2006-01-01
- there is not so much development on HEAD at the moment
- 1.7 needs a long time ...

Any further thoughts migration-wise?

Did you get your stuff done Steve?

I have some things I'd like to commit (and then tag and delete), and
before that I need to do some changes to Get; if I can get those done
quickly then I'm +1. If I cant get them done quickly, then they werent
that important.

I am on holidays,
so a +0 from me (as in I am in favour of, but I cannot actively help
with the migration).

Migration to SVN is just fine with me. As for when to do it exactly,
anytime before the 1/1/2006 dead-line is fine by me, and the sooner is
indeed the better. --DD

Yep, Resource stuff is big and outstanding and I have
not been able to work on it lately. Okay with me if
we migrate sooner instead of later.
