   I took a look at `bindings_ruby.yml` and realize I need to run the below instructions first:
   ```
   sudo apt-get install bundler
   bundle install
   ```
   This fixes the problem, but I still can't understand why we don't have any docs about how to build the project or what prerequisites we need...
