Code version bumped to 4.0.0-SNAPSHOT. Default branch is now "main".

The default branch is now "main" on code and website repos.

I haven't done the jena-site clearup yet.


The code version (on main!) is 4.0.0-SNAPSHOT
and there is a branch "jena3" (the tags are covered in version labels).

The previous default branch has not yet been been deleted - I'll clear 
up in the next day or so when I check the PRs.
