[Go] Scalar Question

Hi Folks,

I'm curious if anyone here is using the Go scalar
<https://github.com/apache/arrow/tree/main/go/arrow/scalar> package? If
yes, I would love to chat.

I'm looking to potentially submit a PR/refactor to that package
specifically around scalar not importing array, but would love to chat
beforehand.

I don't know how many people are using the scalar package directly, but I'm
definitely open to chatting about refactoring it.
