[PR] feat(s3): by default quite batch delete s3 objects [opendal]

   # Rationale for this change
   
   Currently we don't have quite mode for S3 batch deletion, which means all objects successfully deleted are transferred back from storage backend thus wasting network bandwidth.
   Same default for DuckDB as well: https://github.com/duckdb/duckdb-httpfs/blob/9de3296f40ed03e8e063394887f0d6a46144e847/src/s3fs.cpp#L872
   
   # What changes are included in this PR?
   
   This PR by defaults quiet mode batch deletion:
   - Set quiet field in delete request
   - Update parsing logic for response
   
   # Are there any user-facing changes?
   
   No
   
   # AI Usage Statement
   
   Opus 4.6 made the change for me, and I did the code review.
