Hi Siddhi team,

Sliding/Length/External time windows in siddhi provide wide support of our
cases. But when i try to add another behavior like "external batch window",
which would emit event based on event field(named timestamp) value in given
batch. It seems external window only supports sliding window but not batch.

IMHO, this is a generic engine feature that could be built into siddhi
windows. And It could also be useful for events replay scenario. I have
filed https://wso2.org/jira/browse/CEP-1441 for discussion.

Please suggest.
