   Should we put the `HoodieFlinkStreamer` into a separate module ? People usually use this class with a bundle jar, i guess we should not affect the spark `HoodieDeltaStreamer`.
   
   The reason we use the 1.10.1 parquet for flink is that the flink reader uses the 1.10.1 version parquet, and we don't want to include class conflicts.
