Summary

o We got a fair amount of "not the usual suspects" bringing up
issues and suggestion.
o Proxy moved from sandbox to proper. No release yet.
o TSU encryption notification has been sent for Apache Commons OpenPGP
o We got a code donation for Commons Email 2.x

o Email 1.1 (28.9.2007)
Infrastructure

Nothing to report
Community

o No new committers
o New PMC member
