documentation of setIsolated

I just lost the better part of a morning tracking down "mysterious 
behavior" which I eventually traced to the java task calling 
setIsolated(true) on the class loader.

Did I overlook a page in the docs that would have informed me that the java 
task does not handle class loading the same way that the other tasks ( ex. 
junit ) does?
