Thanks for looking at the patch.
For now we can check-in the improved patch attached by Adrian Crum.
We will attach more patch within few days if we will find the place for improvements.
So for now please don't close this issue.

Same patch as before, but I added some more UI style cleanups.
The smallSubmit CSS class is only used when you want to make a link (<a> element) look like a submit button. Submit buttons are styled by default.
