Hey [~filmaj]

I think that the part about rerunning the tests is going to be obsolete soon. As you may already know, we're killing the Jenkins CI setup and transitioning per-pr and periodic testing it to the Travis/AppVeyor jobs.

I think this is going to happen in ~2 weeks.
