Full DOM3 Core Support
Hi,
Is there any timeline to when XercesC++ will fully support the DOM3 Core
recommendation?
I didn't see anything in the Release Plan about.
I found out that DOM3 Core is incomplete because I tried to use the
adoptNode function which throws a NOT_SUPPORTED exception.
Thanks
Mike

Hi Gareth,
I would, but at the moment I have no time for it.
Thank you anyway.

Hey,
there is no date as yet. We discussed moving fully over to the new
API (and just throwing NOT_IMPLEMENTED), but even that was a lot of work.
I expect we will revisit the question after the next release. You fancy
helping? :)
