The current client makes for a great way to interact with phoenix and really get a feel.
Maybe a web ui to administer, monitor try out queries with autocomplete and remember or share queries would make for an event greater entry point.
Pluging phoenix in splunk or saiku has really changed the view of phoenix to people I have demonstrated it to.

Seeing the work for a middle tier component this could be a place to set or connect a UI.
