BUG when typo in XSL namespace

When you have a stylesheet with a wrong namespace,
cocoon output the stylesheet instead of an error.

for example, if you change in
sample/hello/hello-page-html.xsl

<xsl:stylesheet version="1.0"
	xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform">

into

<xsl:stylesheet version="1.0"
	 xmlns:xsl="http://www/w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform">

( www.w3.org into www/w3.org )

Cocoon will send you your stylesheet.
