[Issue 127776] New: Incorrect return when using Text() with Dec2Hex()

Put the value 3E in a cell  (A1)
Put text(A1;"00") in an adjacent cell

You get a return of "03".  All other hex number return the correct value.

Note I found this when using Dec2Hex


DEC2HEX(TEXT(A8;"00");2) - Works - Returns 3E

but

TEXT(DEC2HEX(A8;2);"00") - Does not work - Returns 03


In both cases A8 was 62. It worked if A8 was 61 or 63

Note that DEC2HEX is a part of the Analysis AddIn.

Useless to use TEXT because DEC2HEX returns already a hexadecimal number as
text.
