When starting an app when in-call, the background height for status bar will always be the full in-call height, even when no longer in a call.  Status bar background height won't recalculate.

Starting when not in-call, does not cause a problem, since the background size must be calculated only once at app startup.

This is causing an issue in my case because i have a native navigation bar added to the view, where normally the incorrectly sized status bar background, would be behind the web view.
