Add a workaround for the hive default partition and more tests on branch-1.

A patch for branch-1 has been submited.  As when partitions ordered by values.get(i),  a npe will throw on datanucleus version 3. So the getJdoResult method in ObjectStore will not implement until datanucleus upgrades to version 4.
