how-to: organizing domain services

Just added a short how-to to the user guide, suggesting one way in which
you might like to organize domain services... [1]

Currently we are going through our app (Estatio) to fit this approach; it
being derived in part on the approach that is used on the .NET naked
objects project over in Ireland.
