Danushka Menikkumbura closed QPID-1016.
---------------------------------------

This is due to the PYTHONPATH not being set. Anyway we need to mention this in the README.

> I was able to build and install Qpid/Python from a copy of the SVN repo without any problem. Now when I try to run "qpid-tool" which is found inside the "commands" directory fails saying that there is no module named "mllib". This module is used in spec.py. I do see a directory with the name mllib in the root directory but not a module called mllib.
