/manual not moved in apache-1.3_20010225231200.tar.gz

Hi,
have just extracted apache-1.3_20010225231200.tar.gz:
the move of manual dir is mentioned in Changes and the httpd.conf* files contain the alias, but the directory is still under ./htdocs...
