[I] Unify the focus mechanism on the DMN Editor [incubator-kie-tools]

   Currently, the DMN editor has the `consumableId` to handle the focus inside the editor, but this feature isn't complete. We need to create a standard for its usage, as it accepts multiple values, and it's not possible to know what kind of value we have on it.
   
   For now, we have:
    - href: the href of a React Flow element;
    - id: id of an item definitions;
    - drd index: with prefix `drd_*`;
   
   Given that, we need to create a way to know what kind of value we have, such as an `Enum` with the described types.
