Nightly build 2002-04-03 contains a concat task that supports filesets and
filelists.  Please take a look at it - I assume you needed support paths instead
of filesets to get a specific order of files, this is where filelist kicks in.

If anything is missing from this task, feel free to file yet another enhancement
request.
