Unable to reproduce it on 4.7.0:
0: jdbc:phoenix:localhost> select * from test;

0: jdbc:phoenix:localhost> select a, floor(b/2) as t from test;

| 2  | 1  |
| 3  | 1  |

3 rows selected (0.025 seconds)
0: jdbc:phoenix:localhost> select a, floor(b/2) as t from test group by a, t;

| 1  | 0  |
| 2  | 1  |
| 3  | 1  |
