Hi.

What class do you use to format that pattern? Any test? Or code sample? (I succeeded to parse this with mime4J DOM 0.8.1)

https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JAMES-2045 might also be related and led us to some Mime4J modifications.

Please also try to reproduce it with mime4j 0.8.1

I stay at your disposal if you have any question.

Cheers,

Benoit

> I have many attached eml files, many of them have their date expressed in this manner:
> Date: Fri, 05 Jan 2018 16:18:28 Z
> Mime4j is not able to format that pattern, I receive null for it
> Javamail is able to read it.
> Thanks
